Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Hobbs Heating and Air (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Azle, Texas. By using our website at hobbsacrepairs.com or by requesting or receiving any services from us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
Hobbs Heating and Air provides heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, duct, and whole-home generator services for residential and light commercial properties in North Texas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on our assessment at the time of inspection and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Service and repair visits may include a diagnostic charge, which is separate from the cost of any approved repair. Final pricing may vary if additional work, parts, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during service; any changes will be communicated and approved by you before work continues.
Scheduling & Access
By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide reasonable access to the equipment, a safe work environment, and an authorized adult present (or available by phone) at the time of service. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled time windows; service times are estimates and may be affected by prior appointments or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service. Additional terms may apply to purchases financed through our third-party financing provider. If payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to pursue collection, including any remedies available under Texas law.
Financing & Rebates
Financing options are provided through a third-party lender and are subject to credit approval and the lender’s own terms. Hobbs Heating and Air is not the lender and does not guarantee financing approval. Any rebates or incentives referenced are subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and the terms set by the provider (manufacturer, utility, or government program), and may change without notice.
Warranties
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for labor and workmanship are provided at the time of service or installation and may vary by service type.
Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment and parts installed by Hobbs Heating and Air are typically covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and governed by the manufacturer’s terms. We assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Hobbs Heating and Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Property & Permits
Certain services require permits from local authorities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hobbs Heating and Air will obtain necessary permits when required. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have legal authority to authorize work on the property and that the work complies with any HOA rules, deed restrictions, or landlord requirements.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits on special-order equipment may be non-refundable.
Website Use
Website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Hobbs Heating and Air or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. The website is provided “as is”; service descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
