We answer the phone 7:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday and we schedule a tech as quickly as possible. Everyone has a different definition of an emergency. Here’s one we think works. If you have a new baby … or someone whose older or in bad health, then working AC or heat can be important especially in Texas. When that happens, call us and we will help if we can. All of customers are a priority and we promise to get to you as quick as we can, But more importantly, we promise to be there when we said we would and we are also not going to make promise we can’t keep.
